Step into your own private 45-minute wellness experience with our Chilly Goat Cold Plunge and Sunlighten mPulse Infrared Sauna. Designed for recovery, performance, and overall well-being, the Recovery Suite gives you the perfect blend of hot and cold therapy—all in a private setting complete with a shower to freshen up before heading back to your day.

Suite Rules:

• Guests must wear clothing during their session—preferably swimwear or lightweight athletic wear.
   
• Each session is private and reserved for one guest at a time.  (Family/Spouse my use together)
   
• Towels are provided for your convenience.

Hours: 

Monday - Friday 5am-7pm

Saturday 7am-2pm

Sunday - Closed
